My passion is working with individuals experiencing difficulties in their relationships to help them relieve emotional distress, create self-awareness and achieve their highest potential.
My strive to work collaboratively with each unique person to draw upon their inner strength and resilience to help others heal, grow, and thrive.
My work is grounded in a psychodynamic, person-centred and emotion-focused lens. That means together, we will find strategies to help you gain self-awareness, discover how your past is affecting you and work through challenges to discover the root of your emotions to make meaningful and long-lasting changes in your life and relationships.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself so you can show up as your best self in your everyday life and in your meaningful relationships. In your therapeutic journey with me, you will be welcomed into a non-judgmental, warm, strength-focused, empathic environment where you can feel supported and understood.
